Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the American Autogard E-520A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Contec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Keba product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Contec such as the IPCDTH40XPCT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GT1565VTBDGT1575QBUSL manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HT420656 by Manufacturer Keba as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dynics Brand IC12HI3T23NTA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cryovac such as GB007101B equipment made by Cryovac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cryovac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cryovac" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HMK999320 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular FT1AC12RAW original spares produced by Idec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ES1201 by Ge and GB007101B spares by Cryovac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMI06CE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton.
